HEAL™ SAUNAS INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY

Ask any of our competitors what levels of EMF and ELF their heaters emit. You'd be surprised how good their saunas are, or they might not even know it! Here are some test examples of our competitor saunas:

Measure EMF directly at the transmitter

ARE EMF AND ELF HARMFUL TO HUMANS?

Many studies have produced conflicting results, but some experts are convinced the threat is real.

Dr. David Carpenter, dean of the State University of New York School of Public Health, believes that up to 30% of childhood cancers may result from exposure to electromagnetic fields. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) warned that there was "reason for concern" and recommended caution and avoidance.

"I've never seen a set of epidemiological studies come remotely close to the weight of evidence we see in electromagnetic fields," said Martin Halper, director of analysis and support at the EPA. "Clearly, there is something here. Concerns about EMFs exploded in June 1989 after Paul Brodeur published a series of articles in The New Yorker magazine, which made Paul Brodeur famous among scientists, journalists, and concerned people around the world. produced a catalytic effect.

In November 1989, the Department of Energy reported: "It is now generally accepted that biological effects do exist as a result of field exposure. In 1990, reports appeared in Time, The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, and popular computer publications Shocking report, EMF issue gets more attention, ABC's Ted Koppel and CBS' Dan Rather both on the air. There was a special program on EMF.

Some of the health effects associated with EMFs are:

memory loss
depression
energy loss
Excitability
unable to concentrate
weakened immune system
chronic fatigue
Headache

When selecting a sauna, it's crucial to consider its heating capacity. Conventional saunas often heat only a portion of your body and may take nearly an hour to reach optimal temperature. Consequently, you spend less time enjoying the sauna, experiencing reduced healing and relaxation benefits, not to mention the increased energy costs—a substantial expense for diminished returns. That's why we introduced the Heal™ Power Pro Sauna featuring our innovative Rapid Internal Heating System™, an exclusive feature in the industry. Unlike the average sauna, which requires 90 minutes to 2 hours for pre-heating,Heal™ Power Pro Sauna can achieve full temperature in as little as 15 minutes. This superior heating system outperforms competitors, reaching the ideal temperature faster than any other sauna on the market. This powerful technology ensures you can step into your sauna promptly when you need it most.

While many saunas claim to eliminate toxins, they often miss the more harmful ones to your health. Regular use of a Heal™ Power Pro Sauna effectively removes dangerous toxins and impurities from your body. These toxins, commonly found in everyday substances such as BPA (present in many household plastic items), toxic heavy metals, phthalates (common in most fast foods), and nicotine, are effectively targeted by Heal™ Power Pro Sauna, setting the industry standard for detoxification. By adhering to The Detox Routine™, regular use of a Heal™ Power Pro Sauna consistently opens up pores on your skin, flushing out harmful toxins, leaving you feeling revitalized and purified.

Traditionally, sauna users have grappled with undesirable temperature fluctuations in poorly designed saunas, leading to compromised healing benefits and elevated energy expenses. In sauna design, insulation is as crucial as the heating system, ensuring a consistent internal temperature. Our innovative design, in harmony with our heating system, utilizes the sauna's internal temperature to maintain a stable environment. This minimizes the effort required to keep the sauna at the optimal temperature, enabling users to derive maximum health benefits from our Heal™ Power Pro Sauna.

Setting a new standard in sauna technology, Heal™ Power Pro Sauna proudly introduces 3D Heat Therapy™—an exclusive offering in the market. Heat therapy provides various benefits, such as alleviating sore muscles, enhancing range of motion, reducing muscle spasms, and relieving pain. The groundbreaking 3D Heat Therapy™ penetrates deep into the body's tissues and cells as the temperature rises, delivering therapeutic benefits throughout the entire body. This advanced form of heat therapy, unique to Heal™ Power Pro Sauna, rejuvenates the body from within.

Exclusive to Heal™ Power Pro Sauna, our heating technology blankets every inch of your body, leaving your skin feeling soft, fresh, and revitalized. This exceptional outcome is attributed to the Natural Red Cedar wood utilized in the Heal™ Power Pro Sauna Series™ and our potent heating system. These features effectively eliminate dead skin cells, widening pores, and enhancing blood circulation near the body's surface, promoting skin healing. After just one session in a Heal™ Power Pro Sauna, your skin will exhibit a younger and refreshed feel.

Heal™ Power Pro Sauna transcend the realm of mere relaxation tools; they are meticulously designed to contribute to your body's healing process. Leveraging the expertise of doctors who collaborated in the design and engineering of Heal™ Power Pro Sauna, bringing together over 100 years of combined experience, daily use promises a myriad of medical benefits.

Timber certification

We are proud to announce that the raw materials of our products are FSC certified.

The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is an international discussion platform. Although its members come from different interest groups, they all pursue one goal: fair use of the world's forests. Chain of Custody certification shows that every company in the product chain ensures that FSC certified materials are always identifiable, from the forest to the final customer.

Wood Choices: Many sauna manufacturers utilize commonly available woods like spruce, pine, or leftover wood scraps for their products. However, it's widely recognized that these materials come with inherent limitations. Spruce is prone to warping and decay, while pine and scrap woods can release volatile compounds when exposed to heat, potentially causing discomfort to users. This approach often leads to extremely low-cost sauna options on various websites, but these products are typically of disposable quality and come with numerous issues.

Premium Materials: In contrast, our saunas are constructed using carefully selected Canadian materials.

Steps to Install a Sauna:

1. Find a suitable location;

2. Ensure the ground is flat and stable;

3. Unpack;

4. Open the accessories list to check if there are any missing accessories;

5. Prepare tools;

6. Check the manual/installation video;

7. Install the sauna;

8. Prepare and connect the power supply and lines;

9. Power on the test.

Professional Installation Team

We have a professional installation team who can perfectly take care of all the processes (except connecting the sauna to the home circuit).

Saunas and Contraindications

Saunas and Medications

Individuals who are using prescription drugs should seek the advice of their personal physician or a pharmacist for possible changes in the drugs effect when the body is exposed to far infrared waves or elevated body temperature. Diuretics, barbiturates and beta-blockers may impair the body's natural heat loss mechanisms. Some over the counter drugs such as antihistamines may also cause the body to be more prone to heat stroke.

Saunas and Children

The core body temperature of children rises much faster than adults. This occurs due to a higher metabolic rate per body mass, limited circulatory adaptation to increased cardiac demands and the inability to regulate body temperature by sweating. Consult with the child's Pediatrician before using the sauna.

Saunas and the Elderly

The ability to maintain core body temperature decreases with age. This is primarily due to circulatory conditions and decreased sweat gland function. The body must be able to activate its natural cooling processes in order to maintain core body temperature.

Saunas and Cardiovascular Conditions

Individuals with cardiovascular conditions or problems (hypertension / hypo tension), congestive heart failure, impaired coronary circulation or those who are taking medications, which might affect blood pressure, should exercise extreme caution when exposed to prolonged heat. Heat stress increases cardiac output, blood flow, in an effort to transfer internal body heat to the outside environment via the skin (perspiration) and respiratory system. This takes place primarily due to major changes in the heart rate, which has the potential to increase by thirty (30) beats per minute for each degree increase in core body temperature.

Saunas and Alcohol

Contrary to popular belief, it is not advisable to attempt to "Sweat Out" a hangover. Alcohol intoxication decreases a person's judgment; therefore they may not realize it when the body has a negative reaction to high heat. Alcohol also increases the heart rate, which may be further increased by heat stress.

Proper sauna use is important; just like we warm up and cool down our bodies when we exercise, there are some basic steps to follow to ensure you gain maximum benefits of using a sauna.

Before Sauna Use:

Drink a minimum of 8 oz. of water to prepare your body for an increase in core body temperature.
Prep your sauna: Pre-heat your sauna for 45-60 minutes. Your sauna will heat up approximately one degree per minute, depending on room temperature.
Lay down towels on the bench to absorb sweat. It’s also nice to have an extra around to wipe your face during sessions.

During Sauna Use:

Watch your time: Make sure to adjust your session length in accordance to your body’s needs. If you are just beginning with regular sauna use, it is important to start slow and get your body accustomed to infrared therapy. We recommend beginning with 10-15 minute sessions at 100°F every other day. Gradually increase toward 40 minute daily sessions in the optimal temperature range. Always listen to your body and adjust based on what it’s telling you.
Stick with it for long-term benefits: Just as with exercise or eating healthy, sauna use takes time and consistency to see results. You may not even sweat the first few times you use your sauna, but know that sweating (and the detox that comes with it) will increase over time, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and healthy.

After Sauna Use:

Rehydrate with at least 24 oz. of water or electrolyte drink.
Dry off and cool down naturally, or with a refreshing shower.
Keep it clean: Using towels on the bench to absorb sweat and excess moisture will help keep your sauna clean during regular use. Clean the wood and glass in your sauna every six months with our Natural Sauna Cleaning Kit.

Most people partake in a 30-45 minute session, 3-4 times a week, but it is safe to use every day and at whatever heat suits you best.

HEAL ™ Sauna with unique Rapid Internal Heating System™. Set to the desired temperature and allow the sauna to warm up for 10-15 minutes.

Follow these steps for proper warm up:

Make sure your sauna is plugged into a dedicated circuit installed by your electrician.
Set to the desired temperature and set time to 15 minutes.
When turning sauna on for the first time, ensure each heater is active after a couple of minutes. If they are not, make sure connections are securely paired from their initial wire feed coming from the power box under the bench.
Never fully cover the floor grate and heater with any obstruction that will not allow the heater to dissipate its heat.
You can also use the scheduling feature to have the sauna heat up at a certain time.

HEAL ™ Sauna Cleaner is made specifically for use with your sauna. At least every six months, dampen a cloth with Healthlighten All Natural Wood Cleaner. Clean glass door and windows with Healthlighten All Natural Glass Cleaner. You may dust the outside of the sauna with a dry dust cloth. Do not use chemical cleaners on your sauna. Light sandpaper can be used to treat stains on the inside of the sauna. Healthlighten Natural Sauna Cleaning Kit can be purchased at the Healthlighten Online Store or through your local dealer.

EMF (electric and magnetic fields) are waves of electric and magnetic energy radiating through space. High EMF levels are often associated with power lines.

EMF is everywhere in our homes and offices. The electrical appliances we use (an electric can opener at close range emits substantial EMFs), computers, monitors, keyboards and mice, wireless modems, cordless phones, clock radios, hair dryers, mobile phones, microwave ovens and more ....

The core body temperature of children rises much faster than adults. This occurs due to a higher metabolic rate per body mass, limited circulatory adaptation to increased cardiac demands and the inability to regulate body temperature by sweating. When using your sauna with a child, operate at a lower temperature and for no more than 15 minutes at a time. A general rule of thumb is 1 minute inside your sauna per year of age for the child, but always accompanied by an adult. And remember to keep you and your children hydrated, even if you don’t see them sweating.

The sauna runs on the same wattage as a blow dryer and will cost little to run monthly: typically 15 to 35 cents per hour. This varies with the model and local utility cost. Your utility company can help you understand a more exact per hour cost if needed.

Just as you would not leave your cell phone in your car on a hot day, we do not recommend taking cells phones, Apple watches or other electronics in the sauna. The electronics that are built into the sauna are designed for a heated environment.

No. Because HEAL™ saunas have double-wall re-enforcement, thicker wood than the industry standard and Magne-Seal assembly to create a better heat seal, when your sauna is on you will still not feel heat coming off the exterior walls.
