By placing an order through the Healthlighten website you agree to the terms below. We have set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to the country of origin of United States.

1. Free cancellation within 48 hours of placing the order. Full refund.

2. There will be a $200 handling charge after 48 hours because the goods have been produced.

3. If you want to cancel the order after delivery since the order has already been shipped, we will charge round-trip freight(The weight of each product is different and the shipping fee is also different. The specific cost will be paid according to the actual return shipping cost.) and 20% of the product price as a cancellation fee.

4. After receiving the product, you no longer want it, or you accidentally bought the wrong product. You need to return the product, and bear the round-trip shipping(The weight of each product is different and the shipping fee is also different. The specific cost will be paid according to the actual return shipping cost.) and charge 20% of the price of the product you purchased.

5. Please check your order when you receive it. If the product is defective or damaged or received the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it. If the product is found to be defective or lacks accessories, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will replace or reissue it for you free of charge. If it exceeds 24 hours, it is considered that the damage to the product was caused by you, and we will charge 20% of the price of the product you purchased.

Note: We do not accept merchandise sent back to us without a prior return request, or before the return request has been approved. Otherwise, the loss incurred shall be borne by you.

Return Period & Return Conditions

Our return period is 30 nature days, that is, from the day you receive the goods, you have 30 nature days to apply for a return. Your product must be in the same condition as you received it, must not be damaged or unused, must be labeled, and be in the original packaging. You also need to provide the order number.

Return Request

Customers need to provide 5-10 clear product pictures or videos. Requirements: Every place that contains products. We will use these judgments to check whether the product is damaged. We need to check after receiving the goods, which may take 1-3 nature days. After confirmation, we will refund your original payment method. The exact time you receive the refund is determined by the payment company you use, which generally takes 7-14 working days.

 - The product has been damaged and is no longer resalable.

Return Address

Please do not return items to the website address without authorization. If you need to return an item, please contact us and we will provide you with the most convenient address for our customers.

Warranty Information

Healthlighten offers a three-year limited warranty on our wooden saunas. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for three year from the date of purchase.

Damages that are evident upon receipt of the product are not covered under warranty. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there is any visible damage, and we will offer a free replacement. However, if you fail to contact us within 24 hours, we will charge a 20% handling fee and shipping fee (based on the logistics company's bill).

If any problems arise during the use of the product, we will replace the defective parts at no cost to you. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

If you need to make a claim under this warranty, please contact our customer service department with proof of purchase.

On-Site Installation:

Upon receiving the sauna, customers have the option to choose between self-installation or on-site installation. Along with the sauna, you will also receive an installation manual that provides step-by-step instructions. You can refer to the manual to install the sauna yourself. If you have any questions or need guidance during the installation process, please feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

If you prefer on-site installation, we offer this service for a fee of $900. Our professional team will come to your location and handle the installation for you. However, please note that if you choose on-site installation and subsequently decide to return the sauna after it has been installed, the $900 on-site installation fee cannot be refunded. On the other hand, if the sauna has not been installed upon delivery, the $900 fee can be refunded.

Please keep in mind that the installation manual will be included with the sauna shipment, and our team is available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
